Refund Policy 

We stand by the quality and durability of the Aqua-Rita Table. All parts are double checked by a quality inspector and threads are screwed into each part and shipped with parts still in each part to ensure quality checks of the threads were completed. If a part is damaged or not working properly, please contact us for a replacement part to be shipped to you. However, it would need to be considered a factory defect for a 100% no cost replacement. If there is damage to the box and parts are damaged, please contact the shipping company or where Aqua-Rita was purchased from as all parts and boxes are inspected before leaving the factory. The Aqua-Rita is not returnable due to pool grade issues, or any other pool related issues. Please ensure your pool is right for the Aqua-Rita before you purchase it. The grade of the pool floor is to be no more than 6" difference in depth over a 12ft span. Example 24ft round pool can only have an 6" difference in depth (4 ft to 4.5 ft) to the center of the pool. The max depth of the waterline is 4.5 ft deep as the Aqua-Rita Table max table height is 5 ft. See the installation page for diagram.
